Hello ladies! First, please take note of my new picture on the right – I got a haircut! 🙂 Remember how I said I hadn’t cut my hair since October? Well it was time…it feels so much better now!
Speaking of make-overs…here are some AWESOME thrifty projects that were linked up to Thursday’s party:
Kim from Made in a Day shared her awesome (and SIMPLE) tutorial for how to make your own mercury glass…she had seen so many tutorials on this floating around the internet (me too!) and finally found a super simple and beautiful technique:
Caroline from C.W. Frosting went through lots of trial and error to get to this perfect finish for this DIY Amber glass – and she shares the successful “recipe” in her post:
I totally don’t decorate for St. Patrick’s Day, but this wreath from The Crafty Scientist is TOO CUTE!! It is honestly St. Patrick’s Day perfection!
While we’re talking about St. Patrick’s Day…I can honestly say that I have never been given a St. Patty’s present. But how lucky is the teacher who will receive this sweet present from The Taylor House?! Love this! And she’s got a free printable on her site if you want to make one yourself 🙂
Finally – a “duh” idea from Bugaboo, Mini, Mr. and Me – an easy-to-grab “snack basket”! Just prepare some healthy snacks when you have time, stick them in a basket in your fridge, and you can grab and go for days! Um…why haven’t I been doing this for years?!
