Happy Sunday! I’ve had a weekend PACKED with fun – we celebrated my husband’s grandmother’s 90th birthday Saturday afternoon, had a tapas dinner party with friends from church Saturday night, church this morning, and my good friend’s Mary Kay business debut this afternoon. Question I shared on my FB page: Are any of you a Mary Kay consultant, or have you been one in the past? I am seriously considering becoming a consultant, and I want to hear your good OR bad stories, advice, words of wisdom, etc.
But back to business – here’s some awesome features from this week’s party:
I have ALWAYS wanted to do a project like this – and Alderberry Hill made me fall in love with this idea all over again – you can make a bench out of a headboard! The yellow in this bench just makes it absolutely perfect:
On a totally different note BUT from the same blog, I am in love with this end-of-year teacher gift again from Alderberry Hill!
Nautical décor is so big this season, and this bunting from Craftiments is so perfect! AND she shares the link for you to print out your own – for free!!
If you’re looking for a great tutorial on how to make your own piping for pillows – look no further. The Seasoned Homemaker shares a very thorough tutorial for how to make your own piping and shows her very professional-looking results – which I love!
And ANOTHER double-feature – Tiffany and Company made this awesome play kitchen for just $20!! I can’t wait until I have kids so I can make something like this for them!!
And again, from Tiffany and Company, is this very easy and affordable chunky bead board frame. I LOVE how simple this is, but the look is so classy!
So many inspiring projects!! As always, I’ll be pinning these to my “features” board!
